Can patients book through WhatsApp?
Yes. A WhatsApp chatbot offers free slots by reason for visit, records the appointment in the calendar and sends a reminder the day before. Reception keeps control of special cases and emergencies, and patients who prefer to call can of course still do so.
Is patient data protected?
Yes. Health data is sensitive under law 09-08: secure hosting, encrypted access, role-based permissions and a log of access to records. We help you with the declaration or authorisation formalities with the CNDP, Morocco's data protection authority. Backups run automatically every day.
