Appify Studio ("we", "our", or "us") built the TikSave+ Video & Sound Saver app as a commercial application. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information when you use our app.

• URLs & Links: When you paste or share a video link into the app, the URL is processed to retrieve the associated media content. URLs are processed in real-time and are not permanently stored on our servers.
• Photo Library Access: The app requires access to your photo library to save downloaded videos and audio files to your device. We do not access, read, or upload any existing content from your library.
• Downloaded Content: Videos and audio files you save are stored locally on your device in your photo library or Files app. We do not retain copies of downloaded content.
• Clipboard Data: The app may read your clipboard to detect copied video links for convenience. Clipboard data is only read locally on your device and is not transmitted to any server.
• Usage Data: We may collect anonymous, aggregated usage statistics (such as number of downloads, app launches) to improve app performance and user experience. This data cannot identify individual users.

• To process video and audio URLs and retrieve media content for saving
• To save downloaded videos and audio to your device's photo library or file system
• To detect video links from your clipboard for a seamless user experience
• To improve and optimize the app's performance and features

3. Data Processing & Servers

When you request to save a video or audio file:

• The URL you provide may be sent to our servers or third-party processing services to extract the downloadable media
• URLs are processed in real-time and are not stored permanently
• We do not log, track, or store the content of the videos or audio you download
• Downloaded media files are saved directly to your device

4. Data Storage

All downloaded content is stored locally on your device. Your download history and app preferences are stored locally. We do not maintain user accounts or store personal files on our servers.

5. Third-Party Services

The app may use the following third-party services:

• Apple App Store: For app distribution, in-app purchases, and analytics
• Media Processing Services: To extract downloadable video and audio from provided URLs
• Advertising Partners: For displaying ads (if applicable). Ad networks may collect device identifiers and usage data according to their own privacy policies

6. Content & Copyright

TikSave+ is a tool for saving content. Users are solely responsible for ensuring they have the right to download and use any content saved through the app. We do not host, store, or distribute any third-party content.

Our app does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The app is not intended for use by children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, we will delete it immediately.
