How much does POS software cost in Morocco?
At Appify Studio, POS software is priced on quote, hardware not included. The price depends on the number of tills and shops, stock management and connections with accounting or an online shop. The quote is fixed after discovery. Quote within 24 hours.
What hardware does POS software need?
A tablet, PC or touch terminal is enough to start. Depending on your business, add a receipt printer, a barcode scanner and a cash drawer. The card payment terminal is supplied by your bank. We check what you already own first, to avoid any unnecessary purchase.
Does the POS work without internet?
Yes. Sales are saved on the device when the connection drops, then synchronised automatically when it returns. You keep selling and printing receipts without interruption, and stock and management reports update by themselves once the network is back. No sale is ever lost.
Can one system manage several shops?
Yes. Each shop has its own stock and tills, and management sees sales from every point of sale in real time, with transfers of goods between shops. Prices, promotions and cashier permissions can be set for all shops or for just one.
Does the POS software handle e-invoicing?
Receipts and invoices are numbered and exportable. For invoices that fall under e-invoicing, the till relies on the same module as our e-invoicing software, ready to evolve with the DGI framework. You will not need to change tills when the obligation applies to you.
Can we import our existing items?
Yes. We import your items, prices and barcodes from Excel or your current till's export, and check for duplicates before go-live. Categories, variants such as size or colour, and promotional prices are imported too, so cashiers find their bearings on day one.
