Appify Studio ("we", "our", or "us") built the Remotely - Universal TV Remote app for iOS as a commercial application. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information when you use our app.

3. Network & Local Data
TV discovery and remote-control communication take place on your local WiFi network. Network discovery and connected-device information are not uploaded to our servers. Local network permission allows Remotely to find and communicate with compatible TVs. If you deny this permission, TV discovery and control may not work. You can change this permission in iOS Settings under Privacy & Security > Local Network.
4. Data Storage
All device configurations, preferences, and connection data are stored locally on your device. We do not upload or store your connected device information on external servers.

6. Data Retention and Deletion
Device configurations, preferences, and connection information are stored on your device for use by the app. To ask about deleting information you have provided through support communications, contact support@appifystudio.com. Data handled independently by third-party services is subject to their own retention and deletion policies.

You can manage Remotely's permissions in iOS Settings. Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information, restrict or object to certain processing, or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Our app does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can investigate and address the request.
