Appify Studio ("we", "our", or "us") built Vellora: Photo Wallpaper & Collage Maker as a commercial iOS application. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the app.

1. Information We Handle

Photos You Select: Vellora accesses only the photos you choose, or the portion of your photo library you authorize, so you can create wallpapers and collages. We do not upload your selected photos to our servers.
Created Content: Collages, wallpapers, edits, and exports are processed and stored on your device. Content is saved to your Photos library or shared only when you choose to do so.
App Preferences: Layout choices, favorites, editing settings, recent projects, and other preferences may be stored locally on your device.
Usage and Diagnostics: We may receive limited, non-identifying information such as app interactions, crash reports, device type, iOS version, app version, language, and region to improve performance and reliability.
Purchase Information: If you purchase premium features or a subscription, Apple processes the transaction. We may receive transaction status and product identifiers needed to unlock or restore access, but we do not receive your full payment-card details.
Support Communications: If you contact us, we receive the information you provide, such as your email address, message, and any attachments you choose to include.

To let you select, edit, arrange, and export photos
To create wallpapers and photo collages on your device
To save your projects, favorites, and preferences locally
To provide and restore premium access, when applicable
To diagnose crashes, fix bugs, and improve app performance

3. On-Device Photo Processing

Photo editing, collage composition, and wallpaper creation are performed on your device. Vellora does not transmit your personal photos or finished creations to Appify Studio servers. If you use the iOS share sheet to send content to another app or service, that third party's privacy practices apply after you choose to share.

4. Photos Permission

Vellora may request permission to read photos you select and to save finished wallpapers or collages to your Photos library. You control this access and can grant limited access, deny access, or change your selection at any time in iOS Settings. Some creation or saving features may not work without the required permission.

5. Data Storage and Retention

Your photos, projects, exports, and app preferences are primarily stored locally on your device. You can remove exported images from Photos, delete projects within the app when that option is available, or delete the app to remove its locally stored data. Support emails are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations.

6. Third-Party Services

Vellora may use the following services:

Apple App Store and StoreKit: For app distribution, purchases, subscriptions, refunds, and restoring purchases.
Apple Photos and Share Sheet: For selecting, saving, and sharing content when you request those actions.
Analytics and Crash Reporting: Limited technical and usage information may be processed to measure app performance and diagnose problems.
Advertising Partners, if applicable: If ads are shown, providers may process limited device and usage information to deliver and measure advertising.

Third-party services handle information under their own privacy policies and applicable Apple requirements.

7. Advertising and Tracking

If Vellora displays advertising, advertising partners may use limited information to deliver and measure ads. The app will request permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework before tracking your activity across other companies' apps or websites where required. You can manage tracking permissions in iOS Settings under Privacy & Security > Tracking.

8. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal photos or finished creations. We may share limited information with service providers that help operate, analyze, secure, or support the app; when required by law or to protect rights and safety; or as part of a business transfer. Service providers may use information only for the services they provide to us.

9. Children's Privacy

Vellora is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

10. Security

We use commercially reasonable measures to protect information handled by the app. Keeping photo processing on your device limits the transfer of your content, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

Delete projects, exported images, and locally stored app data
Manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID settings
