Appify Studio ("we", "our", or "us") built the GPS Camera Map: Photo Stamp app as a commercial application. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information when you use our app.
1. Information We Collect
- Location Data (GPS): The app accesses your device's GPS to embed location coordinates (latitude, longitude, altitude, and address) onto your photos as stamps. Location data is used solely on-device to generate the stamp and is not transmitted to our servers.
- Camera Access: The app requires access to your device's camera to capture photos. Images are processed locally on your device.
- Photo Library Access: The app may request access to your photo library to save stamped photos or import existing photos for stamping. Photos are stored locally on your device.
- Maps & Address Data: The app uses Apple Maps or reverse-geocoding services to display map previews and convert GPS coordinates into readable addresses. This may send coordinate data to Apple's servers as part of the geocoding request, subject to Apple's privacy policy.
- Usage Data: We may collect anonymous usage statistics to improve app performance and user experience.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To stamp photos with GPS coordinates, address, date, time, and map data
- To display your current location on an in-app map
- To save stamped photos to your photo library
- To improve and optimize the app's performance
3. Data Storage
All photos and location data are processed and stored locally on your device. We do not upload, transmit, or store your photos or precise location history on any external servers owned or operated by Appify Studio.
4. Third-Party Services
The app may use the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policy:
- Apple Maps / CoreLocation: Used for map display and reverse geocoding (converting GPS coordinates to addresses). Subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.
- Apple App Store: For app distribution and analytics.
- Advertising partners: For displaying ads, if applicable.
5. Location Permissions
The app requests "While Using the App" location permission to stamp your photos with GPS data. We do not request background location access. You can revoke location permission at any time from your device's Settings app, though this will prevent GPS stamping functionality.
6. Children's Privacy
Our app does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, we will delete it immediately.
7. Security
We value your trust and strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting your data. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
